			<description><![CDATA[<p>Bubba Kraut? That's a weird name. It is. But it sounds good - right? At least to us, it does. </p>
<p>In the Deep South, loads of folks still think of 'ze Gerrrmans' as Krauts. If they think of them at all. Or something along those lines. In Germany, one likes to think that everyone in the Southern States of that imaginary country across that big puddle is called Bubba, drives a beaten up pickup truck and says "yup" all day long. Or something along those lines.</p>
<p>Combine the heritage of this site's proprietorship - Southern Roots with German Origins - and you get a weird sort of mix. A Bubba Kraut of sorts. Prost - let's have some peach flavored, homemade bourbon.</p>]]></description>
